SIZING
Dogs come in a variety of shapes and sizes. We’re here to help you find the best size for your furry friend. Here are a few tips:
- Each product page on our site has a distinct size guide so please ensure that you’re looking at the appropriate chart.
- Always measure before you buy. Measure twice, order once.
- If you’re still not sure, send us a note via the contact form or shoot an email to hello@coochipoo.com. Please provide the specific item that you’re interested in as well as the applicable measurements of your dog. Providing a picture never hurts.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over Rs. 999 as a courtesy to our customers. Orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. Please note that most packages require 3-7 days of transit time.
Our goal is to minimize or eliminate waste whenever possible. We’re proud to say that we send a majority of our items in 100% recyclable, Eco-Natural Mailers and 100% compostable poly mailers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping from DHL, which is fast and trackable. All orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. Please note that any required customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
